Privacy Policy

Introduction

ColorOperator is a children-friendly, single-player iOS puzzle game. We built the app so nearly everything happens locally on your device. This notice explains the limited data involved, how it is used, and the choices you have.

Data We Collect

• Gameplay data on device: Puzzle progress is stored in Apple's UserDefaults and never leaves your device.
• Optional email feedback: Tapping "Feedback" opens your Mail app. Anything you send—message text, diagnostics you include, and your email address—comes to us via email only if you hit send.
• No other data: We do not collect personal identifiers, payments, photos, audio, gameplay recordings, browsing history, precise location, health/fitness data, or other sensitive categories.

How We Use Data

• Local save data stays on your device purely to remember puzzle progress.
• Emails you send help us respond to support requests and improve the game.

Third-Party Services

• Google Mobile Ads (AdMob): We show rewarded ads. Google controls the data it collects for ads, such as your device advertising identifier (IDFA), coarse location inferred from IP, ad impression and click data, and crash/error diagnostics tied to ads.
• Child-safety compliance: AdMob delivers non-personalized ads to children when required. Parents can manage personalized advertising in iOS settings under "Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising" and "Tracking."

Children's Privacy

ColorOperator is designed for young players and intentionally limits data collection. We do not create accounts, enable social sharing, or collect personal identifiers. We request non-personalized ads from AdMob for children and encourage parents to reach out with any concerns.

Data Retention

• Local puzzle progress remains on your device until you delete the app or reset the data.
• Support emails stay in our Gmail account only as long as needed to address your request. Ask us anytime to remove them.

Your Rights & Choices

• Email redfox.lab.studio@gmail.com to review or delete any feedback emails you sent.
• Manage personalized ads through iOS privacy settings to limit how AdMob uses the IDFA.
• Because we do not run accounts or servers, uninstalling the app removes locally stored progress.

Security

We rely on Apple's platform safeguards for local storage. Emails you send are stored securely in our Gmail account and deleted upon verified request.
